A pair of pre-booked Grandstand and Paddock tickets costs just £15 for this exceptional meeting where the prize money on offer is in excess of £100,000. It’s a real feature raceday for us and with such great horses on track, a fantastic ticket offer and the views that our racecourse offers, it really is Super Sunday and one not to be missed.
The feature race is the ever popular Veterans’ Chase with £30k of prize money on offer an so you’re sure to see some old favourites run up on Haldon Hill. With a Pertemps qualifier, a listed novices' hurdle and a three-mile graduation chase also on offer, the action will be fantastic and a day when we really appreciate the magnificence of our equine athletes. We’ve seen some very special horses race at the meeting in the past including the 2015 Crabbie’s Grand National victor, Many Clouds, who galloped home to a three-quarters of a lengths success in the 2m3f novices’ hurdle in 2013 and last year saw Unowhatimeanharry gallop to victory here at this fixture and then in the Albert Bartlett Novices Hurdle at the Cheltenham Festival.
For such a prestigious fixture, why not come and sample our Desert Orchid Restaurant with tables for between 2 and 12 people available and dine in style? Or even hire your own private suite and sample our fantastic catering options on the day? Each is course facing and so is a great way to enjoy the day either with friends and family or as a corporate option.
